Personality Hiretsukani is a confused man who wants to have control over that which has always seemed to cause him grief: the Juraian Empire.

Background His mother 'abandoned' him when he was a baby, leaving him with his Juraian noble father who took him back to Jurai. He was raised on a colonized planet, far from Jurai. It was here that his father contracted a native disease and died, leaving the young Hiretsukani to fend for himself. He has always associated the Juraian Empire with his misery.
