Much like the TV OST, this disc contains 29 tracks of the score to the film "Toki wo Koeru Omoi", however, this CD does not feature the ending song "No More Words" by Ayumi Hamasaki. That song can be found on cut 14 of her album "I Am" (not to be confused with Hitomi's song of the same name) and on the CD single, of course.

This score is much the same as the TV score, though many of the tracks are darker and more suspenseful sounding. The leitmotifs from the TV series are present and frequently repeated giving a good sense of continuity between the film and the series.
